Koen Noyens

Koen Noyes is a public affairs and strategic consultancy professional with over 14 years of strategic policy, advocacy, and management experience in the energy and transport sector and on EU's climate and energy policy. He currently leads the public affairs work at Milence, the joint venture that is rolling out a network of recharging sites for heavy duty vehicles. Prior to joining Milence, he was policy director at EVBox, a leading international EV charging solutions provider. Before that he was at Eurelectric, where he led the European power sector's public affairs, advocacy, and communications activities on renewables, grids, emission trading, and electricity market design.
